Terms and Conditions Individual Bookings
Thank you for your interest in the forthcoming course/event. Please complete an individual
booking form for each participant, this will help us give you the very best care. Our aim is to
provide clients with a safe and enjoyable experience.
Course Fees and Methods of Payment
For course/event fees greater than £50 per person and in advance of 6 weeks prior to start
date, a deposit of £50 per person is payable at time of booking. The balance is due 4 weeks
before course/event start date. For all other bookings course/events fees to be paid in full
at time of booking.

Cancellation or Change of Venue
Should you have to cancel, please inform as soon as possible. We may be able to offer an
alternative date or course/event credit. Failure to inform us will result in forfeiting
course/event fees. If you choose to withdrawal from activities early, you do so at your own
risk and expense.
We reserve the right to withdraw our services in the event of any unreasonable or unruly
behaviour which impacts on the smooth running of course/event and places our staff and
clients at risk.
In the unlikely event we have to cancel, we will inform you as soon as possible, you will be
offered an alternative date or course/event credit. In cases where an alternative cannot be
agreed a refund will be considered.
Occasionally a venue may be changed due to high water levels or unforeseen circumstances,
we will advise clients of the situation at our earliest convenience. Should you be unable to
make the new arrangement we will do our best to provide an alternative date or
course/event credit. In cases where an alternative cannot be agreed a refund will be

Photography and Video
We occasionally take photographs and video for the purpose of coaching, development and
publicity. If you do not wish to be photographed or videoed, please inform our staff on the day.
Confidentiality
The information contained in the booking form will be retained by Drummond Outdoor for
administrative purposes and in our duty of care and safety of the person named and others.
If you are completing awards some information may be forwarded to an Awarding Body, for
example British Canoeing. We do not pass any information to third parties, however,
should it be requested in an emergency situation, we reserve the right to do so at our
discretion. All data is stored securely either on paper in a locked cabinet or digitally on a
password protected device.
What to Bring
A kit guide and joining instructions including Covid-19 safety advice will be emailed prior to
the course date. Remember we provide all specialist equipment however you are welcome
to bring your own equipment and our coaches will advise on suitability on the day.
