Description

British Canoeing Foundation Safety & Rescue Training

FSRT is all about keeping yourself and others safe on sheltered water so whether you paddle canoe, kayak, sup or sit on top this course is full of practical solutions to help you stay safe and deal with mishaps.  This is a training course so there is no assessment, just loads of hands-on practice and yes that does mean you will be spending a considerable time in the water.

FSRT is an 8-hour course and participants are recommended to be paddling at Explore Award level as a minimum to gain the full benefit of the training.
